Kicking (Forward)

The participant from a standing position kicks forward into a foam cube or a mattress up-ended against a wall. Just as in hitting the movement should originate in the back, in kicking, the movement should originate in the hips and pelvis.

Rationale: Frees up the hips. Helps grounding.
